Why do all the cars have dark (dirt) windshields ?

Hi I hope you'll get what i mean, dirty dark stripe really annoying me
Can someone clear windshield ? without that dark stripes it will be way better

man who creates cars must know it, some cars made by Russians had clear windshields
If i would know how to open bnk files and edit them :(
